Our Policies

Allow us at the Harvest to be your home away from home. Our amenities and guest space can make your visit as social or private as you wish.

All suites at the Harvest provide a distinct destination in comfort, décor and collections. The guest lounge and dining areas are available for your relaxation, reading, games or late night chit-chats. The guest kitchen allows you the comforts of home with all the amenities you will need to enjoy a glass of wine, warm up some leftovers or keep your mid-night snack chilled in the refrigerator. Complimentary coffee, tea and bottled water are on the house 24 hours a day.

The enjoyment and comfort of your stay at The Harvest is important to us. To help us provide you with the best possible service and accommodations please review the following policies.

RESERVATIONS: To reserve a suite at The Harvest Bed and Breakfast, you may call us between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm ET or simply reserve online with a valid credit card. A deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay for multiple nights or entire rate for single night stay is due at the time of reservation. Balance will be due at check in.

A two-night minimum required during High Season Months – August through November

ROOM RATES: As a guest at The Harvest your stay is will also include –

  • Full fresh breakfast each morning of your stay
  • Coffee, tea, water, light snack throughout the day
  • Access to the farm grounds, guest dining, guest kitchen, front porch and piano in foyer
  • Personal private parking
  • Daily Housekeeping and onsite management
  • Irish Suite $210 April May June; $350 August September October November
  • Chateau Suite $210 April May June; $350 August September October November
  • Farm Suite $210 April May June; $350 August September October November
  • Lodge Suite $230 April May June; $375 August September October November

All rates are quoted per room – single or double occupancy. Each room has a maximum of 2 guests and must be at least 21 years of age. An air mattress is available upon request. All rates are subject to change.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: We are happy to receive you between 4:30 and 6:00 pm. If your arrival time needs to be adjusted, please let us know well in advance via call or text and we will do our best to accommodate.
Check out is 11:00 am. Sorry, no late check out.

CANCELLATIONS: Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received at least 15 days prior to arrival. Less than 15 days, the full deposit will be charged to your credit card. Please make a note of our cancellation policy so that we may do our best to provide you with a full refund should your stay here be cancelled or postponed. No discounts or refunds for shortened stay after check in.

PETS: The Innkeepers at The Harvest are animal lovers but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guest’s pets. Our pets do have roaming privileges around the property but are never allowed in the guest areas. Please let us know if you are in need of boarding during your stay and we will be happy to refer you to a luxury boarding facility 5 minutes away.

NON-SMOKING: Per Michigan State Law there is no smoking of any kind on The Harvest grounds. This includes all types of tobacco as well as e-cigarettes. We will assess a $750 fee to your credit card for any violations of our no smoking policy. Also not permitted are any open flame candles. We appreciate your understanding of these laws and appreciate your cooperation.

PRIVACY: For the safety and consideration of all our guests, only registered guests at The Harvest are allowed in or on the property. No tours or visitors please.
